I am 30 pounds down. Finally, I know it's far from where I need to be, but I have this system where I set little goals every 2 weeks, and it really feels good when I make it!
I just have to share about my dinner last night, it was so yummy. It was a casserole type dish with chopped chicken breast, layered with fat free broccoli cheese soup and minced broccoli. So creamy and good. I must say that I am excited to start solids this next week...
I hope everyone has a lovely Valentines Day, I think I may venture out to dinner tonight..hmm.

ReplyDeleteCongrats and love your way of thinking about celebrating the small goals (I just wrote about that on my blog). the meal sounds yummy too. and I bet it felt like real food in your stomach.. something I am trying to adapt to.. more solid foods.
