I hit the big 30 ♫ ♪

I am 30 pounds down. Finally, I know it's far from where I need to be, but I have this system where I set little goals every 2 weeks, and it really feels good when I make it!

I just have to share about my dinner last night, it was so yummy. It was a casserole type dish with chopped chicken breast, layered with fat free broccoli cheese soup and minced broccoli. So creamy and good. I must say that I am excited to start solids this next week...

I hope everyone has a lovely Valentines Day, I think I may venture out to dinner tonight..hmm.

  2. Thirty pounds is PHENOMENAL, Athena! Really, you are totally rocking this thing. Congratulations. The mini goals every couple of weeks is a great idea, I keep thinking I should do it and then... I don't. Have a great weekend!

  3. Congrats and love your way of thinking about celebrating the small goals (I just wrote about that on my blog). the meal sounds yummy too. and I bet it felt like real food in your stomach.. something I am trying to adapt to.. more solid foods.
